ONTC has a vide variety of long-term contract with large companies and educational institutions. Major clients are Oman Aviation Services for crew transfers and staff transportation, Sultan Qaboos University, the Ministry of Health,  the Sultan’s School Seeb to name a few.

In late 1993 the company had purchased 12 air-conditioned buses to replace the non-air-conditioned buses operating for the Oman Aviation Services Ground Staff transportation. In 1,1.97,07 new medium-sized coaches replaced the earlier existing crew coaches. In 1995, the company purchased 18 minibuses for the Ministry of Health Institutes transport and, in 1997, it purchased 05 minibuses and 01 large bus for the Ministry of Health Royal Hospital staff transport. The company has recently been awarded a five-year contract for PDO staff commuting based in Marmul for which 23 vehicles of various types have been procured.
